Health and Safety
Two Kitchens has taken extra steps to exceed all Health Department and food safety requirements. Our store features state of the art products and equipment that ensures the ultimate in hygiene. Our chefs have been trained in food safety and will instruct all customers on proper food handling and hygiene so everyone can have a safe yet fun experience. The instructions can be applied to safe food handling and hygiene in your own home too!
Each station and all utensils are thoroughly sanitized after each food preparation session. Hand washing is required before each session, after coughing or sneezing, after using the restroom and between stations. All health and safety instructions will be reviewed at the beginning of each session. Your family’s health and safety is very important to us.
Two Kitchens will provide an apron, scarf and disposable gloves for every customer. We are required to follow all city and county health and safety standards.
IMPORTANT: Please inform us of any food allergies you or your family members have when you register at the store for your session. Many people with food allergies use Two Kitchens. All labels and ingredients are available for you to review in our store. We will assist you with substitutions or changes to recipes if needed. Please be aware that common food allergens such as milk and nuts are used in some of our recipes and will be present during most sessions. If necessary, we can prepare a particular meal for you in our kitchen away from a food that may cause a reaction. Just give a call or stop in to talk to us. We are more than happy to accommodate.
IMPORTANT: If you are not feeling well the day of your session, we will be happy to assemble and prepare your meals for pick-up at a later date for a minimal fee. Please call to make arrangements.
