How Our Meal Preparation Works
It is as easy as 1-2-3. Make fun, flavorful, easy to prepare meals your whole family will enjoy without all the shopping, chopping or clean-up.
Our meals are designed to make life a little less hectic and enable you to spend more family time together. Just take out your favorite meal from the refrigerator or freezer, follow the attached cooking instructions and pop it in the oven or slow cooker, prepare it on the stove or grill it.
All of our meals have been family tested and approved. The system we have developed for you allows you to create family menus in two hours or less. Each meal serves 4-6 people, depending on appetites.
Sign up for a prep session on-line or at our gourmet shop and choose the 8 or 12 meals you want from our monthly menu.

You will begin at one of the meal preparation counters listed on your order form and follow the step by step instructions located at the counter. Our fully equipped counters provide you with all the necessary ingredients sliced, diced and ready. When you have finished your first meal, label it, date it, initial it and place your assembled meal in your personal bin in our refrigerator and move through the remaining prep counters.
|
Design your meals to your family’s particular tastes. If you want it spicy, make it spicy, if your family does not like green pepper then omit them.
When you have finished preparing your menu, go to your bin in our refrigerator and transfer all your meals into your Thermal Bag.

All labels will explain how to cook your meals and will have serving suggestions. We will provide alternate cooking instructions for most meals. Each menu item will use different cooking methods; stove top, oven, microwave, grill and slow cooker. See Miscellaneous Tips and Thawing Tips in Tips and Terminology.

Our staff is always available to answer questions, clean up for you or carry items to your car.
