Policies and Procedures


Rescheduling: If you cannot attend your scheduled session, please call us 3 days in advance so we can offer others the opportunity to schedule a session. We will work with you to reschedule your session, or for a fee, put your meals together for pick-up. This way you don't miss your menu. Cancellations made with less than the 3-day notice are non-refundable. This policy is in place because we have ordered your food and started planning for your visit.

Weather: Two Kitchens will follow school closing procedures set by Naperville School District 203. When in doubt just call 630-717-9630.

Cooking Class Cancellations: Please call us 3 days in advance for full refund, minus a credit card processing fee of $5.00 if you cannot attend your scheduled cooking class. For any cancellations less the 3 days in advance the class fee will be forfeited.

If you want to reschedule a class, you must choose another class within a two-week period or your class fee will be forfeited. It is best to choose another class at time of cancellation.

Keep in mind you must reschedule 3+ days in advance of the class for which you registered.

Children under 18: Upon registering for a children's cooking class two contact phone numbers are required. Children must be signed in and signed out by the same parent upon arrival. Classes will end promptly. Please make arrangements to pick up your child within the appropriate time. To ensure the safety of your child we require pick-up within 15 minutes after the end of a class. After that time has passed we will call the contact numbers you have provided. If one hour has passed and we cannot reach you we will call the proper authorities. We hope you understand our main concern is for the safety of your child.

In the event of illness: If you are not feeling well the day of your session, we will be happy to assemble and prepare your meals for pick-up at a later date for a minimal fee. Please call to make arrangements.

Policy / Agreement - Customer

  1. I agree not to attend my Two Kitchens session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable disease including cold, flu, etc.
  2. I agree to follow all cooking tips and temperature guidelines provided on Two Kitchens website located in the Meal Preparation, Tips and Terminology sections.
  3. I agree to follow the cooking instructions provided for all meals.
  4. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all my Two Kitchens meals.
  5. I agree to release Two Kitchens from all claims, damages and/or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Two Kitchens meals.
  6. I agree to follow all guidelines related to the use of the Two Kitchens facility during my kitchen session.
  7. I agree to have fun preparing my flavorful meals!

Terms of Ordering

Our minimum order is 8 or 12 meals for one attending guest at a kitchen session. If you would like to split your meals with an attending friend, we require you check the split meal fee of $10.00 to cover additional packaging costs.

Thermal bags are available for purchase in our Gourmet Shop, we ask that you use these convenient and practical bags as your means of transporting your meals in lieu of laundry baskets and coolers. Space is limited.

Complimentary samples of some menu items are provided along with water and coffee.

For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 14 attend.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand certain situations come up which may require you to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Because we place your food order prior to your session, we ask for a 3 day notification and would be happy to apply a credit towards a future session, if rescheduling within two weeks. This policy allows Two Kitchens to continue to offer you healthy nutritious entrees at a reasonable price.
